• 2 Ice coolers
• Naked bulbs
• Air conditioning
• Lounge seating
CUTLERY AND GLASSWARE
• Du Barry stainless steel cutlery: 120 sets of starters, mains and dessert
• Gold or vintage silver cutlery available exclusively to EX NIHILO ( at additional cost )
• All basic glassware for bar ( includes pre-drinks )
STAFF
• 1x Venue manager for duration of reception
• 2x Staff members for set up only
• 2x Parking marshals for duration of the event

EX NIHILO outsources professional staff.

  • Supervisor is required when more than 10 service staff is allocated to the event
  • Sunday and public holiday rates apply.
  • Ex Nihilo maintains a policy of 1 waiter per table to facilitate efficient service.

• Full wedding /event coordination
• Linen ( tablecloths or serviettes)
• Ice buckets for tables
• Sound and DJ services
• All beverages and food
• Chairs for a wedding ceremony
